Kora:5 jaja,5 kasika secera,8 kasika mlevenih oraha,2 kasike brasna,1 kasicica ulja,pola kesice praska za pecivo.<br />
Umutiti dobro jaja i secer,dodati ulje,pa suve sastojke,umesati najmanjom brzinom na mikseru.Izliti u pleh oblozen pek-papirom i peci na 180 C,oko 15 minuta(duzina pecenja zavisi od rerne).<br />
Napraviti tri ovakve kore.<br />
<br />
Fil I:1l mleka,16 kasika secera,10 kasika brasna,5 kesica vanilin secera,250gr margarina.<br />
700ml mleka i secer i vanilin secer staviti da prokljuca.U 300ml mleka umesati brasno,pa ukuvati u kljucalo mleko.Skloniti sa sporeta i dodati na kockice izrezan margarin.Mesati zicom za mucenje,dok se margarin potpuno istopi i ujednaci sa filom.<br />

Fil II:da prokljuca 400gr secera,200ml vode,200gr noisette cokolade.Kad se masa ujednaci i cokolada istopi,skloniti sa vatre,dodati 200gr mlevenih oraha i 200gr mlevene plazme.U vruc fil iseckati 250gr margarina i mesati da se potpuno istopi i ujednaci sa filom.<br />
<br />
I jos je potrebno:400ml cokoladnog mleka,4 kutije jaffa-keksa(od 150gr),200gr petit-keksa,4 kesice slaga(ja sam koristila slatku pavlaku-500ml).<br />

Svaku koru treba poprskati sa 100ml cokoladnog mleka(ja sam svaku koru prvo stavila na tacnu,prskala mlekom,fil,pa opet kora,pa prskala mlekom,itd).<br />
Redjati:kora-tamni fil-jafa potapana na kratko u cokoladno mleko-beli fil-kora-tamni fil-petit keks u mleku potapan-beli fil-kora-tamni fil-jafa u mleku-beli fil-slag.<br />

Za domacice je uvek veliki izazov priprema nekih vecih slavlja,a posebno priprema slavske trpeze.Meni,licno,to je uvek veliki izazov,pre svega jer slavim svetog Nikolu,slavu koja je posna,a onda i zbog toga sto ne volim jednolicne trpeze i uvek volim da pripremim nesto drugacije.<br />
I tako,godinama sam pripremala i isprobavala razlicite recepte...<br />
Slatkisi nisu nikakav problem,jer ima sijaset divnih recepata i mogucnosti dekorisanja.Medjutim,slani recepti,posebno predjela,su bila pravi izazov,pre svega zbog nabavke posnih namirnica,a onda i zbog kombinacije istih(valjda sam ja skeptik).<br />
Pre dve godine ugledah,pre slave,posni feta sir u jednom vecem marketu.Naravno,kupim ja fetu,samo jednu malu kutiju,opet onaj skeptik u meni rece;"Da probamo prvo ukus."I bio je odlican!E,od tog momenta sam taj sir ubacivala u svaki moguci recept za slana predjela,u pite,slane rolate,stanglice,torte,sa ajvarom,krompirom,parizerom od soje,virslama i sl.<br />
Po misljenju mojih gostiju,ubedljivo najbolje su ove snite,pa da podelim recept,mozda se jos nekome dopadne.<br />

U mesavini od 250ml mleka i 250ml vode,koju treba zagrejati da bude mlaka,rastopiti 4 kasike secera i 1 sirovi kvasac.U posudu za mesenje usuti 1kg brasna,1 kasiku soli,100ml ulja,dodati narasli kvasac i tecnost,umesiti testo.<br />
Testo dobro premazati uljem,pokriti i ostaviti 40-tak minuta da naraste.<br />
Naraslo testo ne treba opet premesiti,vec direktno kidati testo velicine manjeg jajeta,formirati kuglice.<br />
Na pouljenoj podlozi od kuglice razvuci elipsast oblik,na jednom kraju napraviti 34 reza,ali ne do kraja,pa kiflicu uvijati od kraja gde testo nije rezano,prema isecenom kraju.Postupak ponoviti sa ostalim kuglicama.<br />
Ostaviti kiflice da naastu,premazati ih umucenim zumancetom,posuti susamom,na svaku staviti po malo margarina i peci na 200 stepeni,da dobiju zlatno-zutu boju.<br />

Belo testo razvuci u koru i iseci na 5 traka.Isto uraditi sa tamnim testom.Na traku belog testa staviti traku tamnog testa,posuti dosta mlevenih oraha i cimeta,pa uviti u rolat.Napraviti 5 rolata,pokriti salvetom i ostaviti da narastu.Naraslo testo ispaci,narezati ih ukoso,na velicinu po zelji(otprilike na 3cm),i zaliti hladnom agdom.Kad se dobro ohlade,bogato posuti cimetom i mlevenim orasima.<br />

Piletinu volimo na sve nacine,przena,kuvana,pohovana,sa trapistom,u rolatu...Lako se priprema,brzo je gotova i jako ukusna!<br />
Ovaj nacin pripreme je zaista lagan i nema przenja u dubokom ulju,a dobije divnu,hrskavu koricu,kao da je pohovana!<br />

Kore:450gr brasna 100gr secera,1 prasak za pecivo,150gr masti ili margarina,1 jaje,100ml mleka.Umesiti testo,podeliti na 5 loptica,svaku lopticu razvuci u koru na pek-papiru,tanko,kao za madjaricu,i peci na prevrnutom plehu,6-7 minuta,na 180 C.<br />

Cokoladni fil:u 250 ml mleka dodati 4 kasike secera,staviti da prokljuca.U 100ml mleka razmutiti 1 puding od cokolade,pa ukuvati u prokljucalom mleku.U vruce dodati 100gr cokolade za kuvanje,i umesati da se ujednaci.<br />
U ohladjen krem umiksati 125gr margarina.<br />
<br />
Fil od narandze:300ml sirupa od narandze i 100ml vode da prokljuca.Dodati malo narandzaste boje za kolace,ako zelite,ja nisam.<br />
U 200ml vode razmutiti 2 pudinga od vanile,pa ukuvati u kljucalom soku.<br />
Ovaj fil mora biti topao kad se premazuju kore,jer se bas brzo osusi,i onda se kore ne zalepe lepo.<br />

Na njih redjati sarme,u krug.Naliti vodom i kuvati na tihoj vatri 1,5 do 2 sata.<br />
<br />
Po zelji,moze se na kraju kuvanja zaliti zaprskom:na ulju uprziti 2 kasike brasna,ohladiti,umesati 1 kasiku mlevene paprike,preliti preko sarme i kuvati jos desetak minuta.<br />
Meni je lepsa bez zaprske(a sigurno i zdravija),jer se lepse oseca miris rastana.<br />

Paprike ocistiti i ocediti.Na lanenom ulju(ili neko drugo ulje dozvoljeno u hrono-ishrani) dinstati sitno iseckani crni i beli luk.Dodati mleveno meso,zacine i jos malo uprziti.<br />

Zatim podeilti na 7 delova, razviti od svakog dela obgicu i iseci na 8 delova. Filovati kiflice po zelji(sir,salama, i sl) i redjati u podmazan pleh.</div>

Testo podeliti na 4 dela,svaki razviti tanko na pek-papiru i peci na prevrnutom plehu,na 180 stepeni ,7-8 minuta(paziti da ostanu bele,samo rubovi malo pozute i tad je kora pecena).<br />

-mala soljica ulja (oko 50ml)<br />
-trecina kasicice soli<br />
-250ml mlake vode<br />
Umesiti testo,formirati u glatku loptu,testo ne sme da se lepi za ruke,ali ni da bude tvrdo,vec jedna fina,kompaktna masa.U zavisnosti od brasna,nekad moram dodati jos na ovu kolicinu od 500gr,ali tada dodajem po malo,izmedju prstiju,da ne bih preterala.<br />
Dobijenu kuglu testa staviti na uljem podmazanu tacnu,i samo testo premazati uljem Pokriti providnom folijom i ostaviti da odstoji 30-40 minuta.<br />

Dok testo odmara,pripremiti fil-e,tu postoje razne varijacije:sir i jaja,moze se dodati pavlaka,blitva,spanac,sitno seckan praziluk,neko voli sa mesom,mi najvise volimo sa sirom i spanacem-sitno izmrvim oko300gr sira,i oko200gr spanaca,malo posolim(ako je sir slaniji,ne solim uopste),dodam 2 umucena jaja,i sve dobro umesam.<br />

Kosovsku pitu ,za koju sam vec postavila recept na blogu,razvlacim na carsafu,ali ovu vise volim da razvlacim direktno na stolu,koji dobro prvo namazem uljem.Kuglu staviti na sredinu stola,premazati je sa malo ulja.Testo se moze razvlaciti rukama do sredine prema krajevima,a moze se i prvo malo razvuci oklagijom,opet od sredine ka krajevima.Testo se ne lepi za sto i ujedno se lepo oblozi uljem.<br />
Kad se razvuce sredina,rukama vuci i lagano izvlaciti krajeve testa,tako da se dobije svilenkasta,providna korica,i mali baloncici ispod nje.<br />

Nisam neki ljubitelj ovakvih kolaca,ali ove su me odusevile,jer su tako sipkave nisu tvrde i nekako mi nisu ni preslatke.<br />

Od testa praviti kuglice,razvaljati ih na rendi,u sredinu staviti jezgro oraha,oblikovati urmasicu i redjati u podmazan pleh.<br />

Agda:1l vode,800gr secera,1 vanilin secer i 1 limun izrezan na kriske,staviti da prokljuca,pa kuvati na tihoj temperaturi 20-tak minuta.<br />
Vrelom agdom zaliti prohladjene kolacice.<br />

Ugrejati 250ml vode i 250ml mleka,dodati kasicicu secera i 1 sirovi kvasac i ostaviti 10-tak minuta da uskisne.<br />
<br />
U sredini brasna napraviti udubljenje,sipati 100ml ulja,2 jaja,1 belance,1 kasicicu soli,mleko sa kvascem i umesiti testo,mekano,kao za kiflice.Ostaviti da udvostruci volumen.<br />
<br />
Testo podeliti na cetiri dela.Od jednog dela odvojiti kuglicu testa velicine jajeta i ostaviti na stranu.Ostatak te cetvrtine staviti u centar podmazane tepsije.<br />
Ostale tri cetvrtine testa uvaljati u dugacke kaiseve i formirati pletenicu .<br />
Malu kuglicu velicine jajeta razvuci u krug,pa saraljkom izrezati da se dobije mrezica.Mrezicom pokriti kuglu u sredini tepsije i malo podvuci mrezicu ispod testa,Rasporediti pletenicu okolo i ostaviti jos 20 minuta da naraste.Premazati umucenim zumancetom,posuti pletenicu susamom i peci na 220 stepeni dok ne dobije zlatno-zutu boju.<br />

Narendati 1 narandzu,dodati 200gr mlevenog keksa,2oogr secera u prahu,125gr margarina ili maslaca,umesiti,pa postepeno dodavati sok od narandze,da se dobije fina,gusta smesa,pogodna za oblikovanje.Praviti kuglice,valjati u glazuru od cokolade(100gr cokolade i 3 kasike ulja),kokos,orahe i sl.Ja sam cokoladu ovog puta narendala u smesu za kuglice.<br />

Testo:350gr brasna,150gr maslaca,100gr secera,2 zumanca,1 vanilin secer,1 kasika kisele pavlake(ja stavim kiselo mleko kad nemam pavlaku),1 prasak za pecivo,prstohvat soli.Testo umesiti,podeliti na pola.Oba dela testa razvuci na pek-papiru u velicini pleha u kome se pece kora(moj pleh je 20x30).<br />

Fil:200gr griza,700ml mleka,100gr cokolade,50gr kakaa,100gr secera,2 belanca,1 jaje,1 kasika ruma,1 kasika maslaca.<br />
Umesati mleko i secer,da prokljuca,pa dodati griz i ukuvati da bude gusto.Dodati ostale sastojke(osim belanceta),dobro umesati i skloniti sa sporeta.<br />
Belance umutiti u cvrst sneg i umesati u fil.<br />

loptica,svaku rastanjiti veličine tanjira i premazati sa malo
margarina(potrebno je 125gr ukupno). Složiti 6 komada jednu na drugu. Tako i drugih 6. Prvu
